- No charges apply if the cancellation is requested before project commencement.
- Fees apply based on work completed if cancellation occurs after initiation.
- Upfront payments for completed work are non-refundable.
2.2 Cancellation by Company
- We reserve the right to cancel any project due to unforeseen circumstances, non-compliance, or non-payment.
- Clients will receive a refund for unutilized services, minus incurred costs.
Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Failure to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work.
- Significant delays caused solely by our team.
- Major defects or unresolved critical issues despite revisions.
- Refund requests must be made within 1 to 3 months of payment.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Payments made for completed milestones.
- Custom software development once work has started.
- Subscription services after the billing cycle starts.
- Third-party costs or integrations.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or legal arbitration as per the laws of India.
