you can fill samaj kalyan vibhag scholarship form. It can be available at your school or in the samaj kalyan office of your city.please check the site of your state samaj kalyan vibhag.
For IIT coaching there are many scholarship tests are conducting by several coaching classes I suggest you to check wheather in your city any good coaching institutions are available. If there you can approach there.
